After an extensive corporate career in Talent Acquisition, I have developed a business designed to help individuals, employees and businesses understand themselves better and to be the best version of themselves both in and out of work.
I believe that you must achieve both personal and work passions to be successful, one without the other often doesn't drive authentic engagement and happiness.
When we think about authentic engagement we need to address the whole employee lifecycle; from attracting the right talent, engaging authentically once they're in the business which leads to higher levels of retention.
